Dependent on the delivery method, this online training course takes between 1-2 hours to complete and gain your certificate.

There are no barriers to entry on this online training course. This is an awareness course, suitable for all. 

On completion of this online course, either download your certificate or access it later online.

This course is CPD accredited. It meets accepted Continuing Professional Development (CPD) guidelines. 

1. Registration and User Account:

You must provide accurate information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others.

2. Course Access:

Access to the course materials is typically limited to a specific period. Access may be revoked if terms are violated, such as unauthorised sharing of course content.

3. Payments and Fees:

Once the course has been assigned to your account and access is granted, no refunds will be issued. he course is considered assigned once you receive login credentials or are granted access to the learning materials, regardless of whether you have started the course. Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing, and approval is not guaranteed. If you cancel your registration before the course is assigned, a refund may be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4. Intellectual Property:

Course content, including materials, videos, and quizzes, are the intellectual property of the course provider. Copying, sharing, or redistributing course content is prohibited unless permission is explicitly granted.

5. Usage Restrictions

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the course content for personal learning purposes. Commercial use of the content without permission is prohibited.

6. Certificate Issuance:

Certificates of completion will be provided after successfully finishing the course. This must be downloaded by yourself from the course platform. Our courses may require you to pass an exam or assessment to qualify for a certificate.

7. Content Updates and Changes:

The course provider who supply us with the e-learning platform under licence may update or modify course content over time to ensure accuracy and relevance. Terms of access to updated content may vary.

8. Termination and Suspension:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the course if you violate the terms. Refunds in case of termination may be subject to specific conditions. Though you will have 12 months access to the course, we reserve the right to issue uders with 30 days notice to complete their course should we stop offering this product. 

9. Technical Requirements:

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the necessary technical specifications to access the course materials. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end, such as inadequate internet connection. You should have access to a laptop or PC and it is reccomended that you use Chrome or Firefox though other browsers may work. 

10. Privacy and Data Protection:

Personal data collected during registration and throughout the course will be handled in compliance with privacy laws such as GDPR. Your information may be used for communication purposes related to the course, but it will not be shared with third parties without consent.
